Based in Anchorage, Alaska, Ciccone Glass Studio has more than a dozen years experience influencing glass in art.

Kim Ciccone has been lucky to gain experience working in glass over this time. She feels as though the fates have steered her hands towards glass, as sheer chance allowed her this indulgent path. She likes to think of glass as "organic & natural", a couple of things she hopes to capture while whimsy meets her understanding of the medium.

Most of Kim's time has been spent blowing soft glass and she discovered fusing as an affordable way to experience the medium. Layering different colors in a variety of ways and using a unique firing technique, she gives texture and tangibility to her work.
